Dr Henri Gultom, MM, ACC started to work in PT Pos Indonesia as a super visor in 1986. Twenty years later, many strategic positions were assigned on his shoulder such as Vice President of Regional Office and Senior Manager in the Head Quarter of PT Pos Indonesia. He had plenty of experiences in managing people and marketing. In 2001 he also attuned as a lecturer of marketing in Post Indonesia Politechnique. In the same time he also gave lectures in many universities in Bandung. As a lecturer he had many colleagues in Padjajaran University and Institute Technology of Bandung. Therefore, they established a consulting group of problem solving in Human Resource and Marketing field. As a consultant of Performance Management had also bring him to be a trainer, mentor and assessor of Malcolm Baldridge Criteria for Permance Excellent (MBCfPE) which is very effective in managing business performance. Many national companies and State Owned Enterprises has been their client in Indonesia. On the other side, concerning about the HR Development and negotiation skill in marketing he kept trying to find new methods and tools. Finally he tried to learn coaching in 2018 and found that coaching is amazing. He found that coaching is very effective in changging people behavior dan very powerful communication technique in marketing. So he begined to study coaching intensively since after. Four years later he achieve his ACC level and currently persuiting his PCC grade. As he had experiences in management and marketing in corporate level, he decided to to concentrate in Business and Executive Coaching.
